Putin’s arrival in Syria exposes the real perpetrators of the Crimes against Humanity

Caught with their pants down!

Not that it is anything new to even the casual observer of the abominable shenanigans and connivances in Syria by the Zio Axis of evil.
But the arrival of Russia in the theatre of Death and Destruction, where an orgy of savagery and subhuman barbarism is being played out by the marionettes of ‘Western Civilisation’, has bared the real perpetrators in the act and exposed their vile fornications and debauchery to the glaring daylights on the global stage.

Subsequently the cacophony of squirming, squealing and mealy-mouthing by the DC hacks is as revealing as it is deafening, after their secret tryst with Barbarism and Satanism on the territory of sovereign Syria has been rudely cut short and exposed by a real fight against the scourge of terrorism in Syria:

  • McCain: “Russia is targeting the Operatives (Terrorists) our CIA trained and in a flaunting of utter defiance against the US (how dare anyone interfere with our Crimes against Humanity) is going after our people we trained to fight Assad.
    This is an Orwellian experience!
We’ll tell the Russians that we will go and fly anywhere we want to and the Russians better stay the hell out of the way.
Then we need to impose sanctions on Syria , and we need to follow Patreus’ strategy to turn the tide and overthrow Assad.”

He repeatedly stated that the slaughter continues in Syria.
And what slaughter, by whom and to what end, was he referring to?
Perhaps it will never dawn on him that defending one’s country from a barbarous horde of Zionist Axis funded, armed, trained and commandeered lunatic butchers requires some bloodletting.
But the real slaughter of course is carried out by McCain’s beheaders of Wahhabi Satanists to which he so fondly refers to as 'his men'.
  • Ashton Carter: "By supporting Assad and seemingly taking on everyone who is fighting Assad, you're taking on the whole rest of the country of Syria, that is not our position. At least some parts of the anti-Assad opposition belong in the political transition going forward. That's why the Russian approach is doomed to fail. It’s the equivalent of pouring gasoline onto a fire."
  • Kerry to Lavrov: “Russian involvement in Syria will escalate and prolong the suffering and fighting in Syria, it is not helpful and is against our efforts of ‘deconfliction’!” Yes, ‘deconfliction’; when all else fails make it sound as though you’re totally in control, know what you’re doing and belittle your opponent with invented, pretentious nonsensical words!
  • Patreus: "I think that what Vladimir Putin would like to do is resurrect the Russian empire. Syria is a geopolitical Chernobyl - spewing instability and extremism over the region and the rest of the world. Like a nuclear disaster, the fallout from the meltdown of Syria threatens to be with us for decades, and the longer it is permitted to continue, the more severe the damage will be!"
Yes he actually said that!
And who is calling for the destruction of Syria and its legitimate Government, rabbiting off ad nauseam their inane ‘Assad must go’ mantra and we're arming 'moderate rebels'!
Even the act alone of arming mercenaries is a breach of the Nuremberg principles and Statute of Rome, let alone the wholesale involvement with these terrorists, from forming, training, arming, financing and commandeering them.

Even the absolute Saudi Insaneocracy is getting in on the act with their FM threatening Assad with ‘removal by force.’

But all that aside, the facts have been well established beyond any hypothesis or conspiracy theory; the US along with its accomplices from Heijaz (Saudi Arabia), Qatar, Turkey and Israel, with Jordan being a willing accessory, have systematically conspired to destroy Syria and to overthrow the legitimate Government of Bashar al-Assad who was elected with a huge majority of 88%, a mandate any western pretender to legitimacy could only dream of.

The death, destruction and suffering are beyond comprehension and deserve a thorough examination from the ICC, alas they’re busy diverting attention from the real criminals by pursuing minions in Africa.

This destruction and insurrection against Syria, besides the equally reprehensible crimes in Libya, Iraq and Ukraine, is such an enormous crime of a scope which demands Nuremberg style trials, not the Kangaroo version of 1945 but a real one based on facts and law.

Then there is the question of compensation and reparations.
The destruction alone would require many hundreds of billions or more like several trillions to rebuild the country.
Then there is the compensation for the deaths of perhaps 250,000 innocent victims.
Pay $1m for each victim and that’s another $250 billions.
Then, as in all such cases of wilful damage, destruction, assault and injury, the victims deserve compensation for the suffering inflicted, so add another few hundred billion or a few trillions onto the tab.

An international initiative should or must be started on all possible levels to encompass and pursue all the outlined probable legal cases as above.

Since the precedents of the Paris Peace Talks and subsequent Versailles Treaty of 1918/19 and then the famous/infamous (depending on your level of familiarity with the real events) Nuremberg trials of 1945/46, the victors who established the norms and tenets applied at these seminal trials and punishment of the vanquished, (whether guilty or not) have paid scant to absolutely no regard to their own norms and rules.

Since then we had the Statue of Rome governing the ICC, in 1998, which established the four core International Crimes: War Crimes, Genocide, Crimes against Humanity and the Crime of Aggression. Whereas all these crimes are not subject to any statute of limitations.

The perpetrators of the ‘Syria Crime’ are guilty of all these four crimes under the jurisdiction of the ICC, and the urgency of them being brought to justice is imperative to prevent further bloodshed and suffering across the globe, or even prevent a WW3 and the extinction of all life on this beautiful planet or ours.

Will there ever be any action to this regard? If the track record of the ICC is our guide then the answer is sadly an emphatic no; in fact never.
But there is still the option of the Nuremberg style trials, which by all accounts is even more remote, so much so as to being a pipe dream which will also never eventuate.

The US of course is not a ratified signatory to the Statute of Rome, even though Clinton initially signed it but then recommended to his successor not to submit it to congress for ratification.
The spurious objections are that by submitting to the Statute would interfere with the ‘sovereignty of the US and the Supreme Court’ as the final arbiter of US law.
This of course is patent nonsense since the ICC is designed to prosecute a state’s conduct on an international stage and aggression against other nations and not to internally meddle in any shape or form.

The ruse that it would render the US to ‘politically motivated persecution’ by the ICC is even more duplicitous and hypocritical doublespeak, something the DC whores are expertly adept at.

Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar have not even signed the Statute of Rome, Israel slyly has not ratified it and only Jordan is a signatory who has also ratified it.
So in theory the ICC could at least go after Jordan which hosts the training camps for the mercenaries shipped into Syria, and thus in the process expose all the other major actors in this orgy of Crimes against Humanity.

Alas, for now it’s business as usual, complete lawlessness, ‘Might is Right’, and the bully gets away with the most blatant Crimes against Humanity and is even empowered to taunt, vilify and slander the victims, or anyone stepping in to at least attempt to slow down the Zionist controlled behemoth of Death and Destruction steamrolling across the globe.

For now, the JWO is totally in control of all the leavers of powers, so don’t expect any justice or relief from the horrendous suffering and an end to their projects ‘Total global Hegemony’ and ‘Greater Israel’ any time soon!

What’s left for you and the man/women on the street to fight back and make at least a tiny iota of difference?

• For one, disseminate the truth, the more that are aware of the Crimes and by whom they are perpetrated the greater the likelihood of critical mass being achieved to start a revolution of sorts.

• Get out of the system as much as possible.
Stop using any banking facility as much as possible.
Repay any loans you might have and rip up your credit card.
Shop locally and only buy smalltime boutique style brands.
Refuse or avoid to pay taxes within the ‘law’.

•And organize or at least show up at any protest which have the merit of facts and truth on its side.

The Nuremberg Principles

Principle I

"Any person who commits an act which constitutes a crime under international law is responsible therefore and liable to punishment."

Principle II

"The fact that internal law does not impose a penalty for an act which constitutes a crime under international law does not relieve the person who committed the act from responsibility under international law."

Principle III

"The fact that a person who committed an act which constitutes a crime under international law acted as Head of State or responsible government official does not relieve him from responsibility under international law." The person would not enjoy diplomatic immunity but would be held responsible under the eyes of international law.

Principle IV

Main article: Superior Orders

"The fact that a person acted pursuant to order of his Government or of a superior does not relieve him from responsibility under international law, provided a moral choice was in fact possible to him".

This principle could be paraphrased as follows: "It is not an acceptable excuse to say 'I was just following my superior's orders'".
Previous to the time of the Nuremberg Trials, this excuse was known in common parlance as "Superior Orders". After the prominent, high profile event of the Nuremberg Trials, that excuse is now referred to by many as the "Nuremberg Defense". In recent times, a third term, "lawful orders" has become common parlance for some people.
All three terms are in use today, and they all have slightly different nuances of meaning, depending on the context in which they are used.

Nuremberg Principle IV is legally supported by the jurisprudence found in certain articles in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which deal indirectly with conscientious objection. It is also supported by the principles found in paragraph 171 of the Handbook on Procedures and Criteria for Determining Refugee Status which was issued by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). Those principles deal with the conditions under which conscientious objectors can apply for refugee status in another country if they face persecution in their own country for refusing to participate in an illegal war.

Principle V

"Any person charged with a crime under international law has the right to a fair trial on the facts and law."

Principle VI

"The crimes hereinafter set out are punishable as crimes under international law:
(a) Crimes against peace:(i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances;(ii) Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i).
(b) War crimes:Violations of the laws or customs of war which include, but are not limited to, murder, ill-treatment or deportation to slave labor or for any other purpose of civilian population of or in occupied territory; murder or ill-treatment of prisoners of war or persons on the Seas, killing of hostages, plunder of public or private property, wanton destruction of cities, towns, or villages, or devastation not justified by military necessity.
(c) Crimes against humanity:Murder, extermination, enslavement, deportation and other inhumane acts done against any civilian population, or persecutions on political, racial, or religious grounds, when such acts are done or such persecutions are carried on in execution of or in connection with any crime against peace or any war crime."

Principle VII

"Complicity in the commission of a crime against peace, a war crime, or a crime against humanity as set forth in Principle VI is a crime under international law."
